Executive Coaching - Our Services

Our Executive Coaching engagements are custom designed to meet your needs and goals

A typical coaching engagement may include the following steps with approximate timelines:

  • Exploration and Assessment: 2 – 3 weeks (this step may include a 360º assessment process or other diagnostic tools – learn more about Coaching Tools)
  • Action Planning and Goal Setting: 1 – 2 weeks
  • Coaching Engagement: 3 – 6 months
  • Conclusion and Follow-up Coaching: 2 – 3 weeks; with the option for future “check-ins” and follow-up coaching


The Action Plan is key to your success!

This Action Plan is a specific set of client commitments that focus on concrete behavioral change.

Our belief is that Executive Coaching without Action — or an Action Plan — is just a pleasant conversation!

Since change is in the "eyes of the beholder," another cornerstone of our Executive Coaching process is to gather periodic feedback from others throughout the coaching engagement on how the client is doing in accomplishing his/her Action Plan objectives.

Even after the Executive Coaching process has concluded, we will provide feedback on how well the client is moving toward the goal of sustained change.
